1. Anaheim Trash Pickup Schedule 2024

Republic Service Anaheim is responsible for collecting residential garbage. For refuse collection, the city is divided into 5 different zones, and each zone is assigned a particular day.

2. Anaheim Recycling Schedule

All the recyclables go to the blue bin, and the curbside recycling cart is collected weekly. It is worth mentioning that all residents must keep their blue bins dry and mess-free.

Accepted Items: Paper, junk mail, envelopes, magazines, brochures, phone books, flattened cardboard, milk cartons, poster boards, milk cartons, file folders, plastic water bottles, aluminum cans, metal scrap, and glass bottles.

Unaccepted Items: Aerosol cans, aluminum foil, batteries, food waste, mirrors or ceramic, stickers and address labels, tissue paper, napkins, and paper towels.

3. City Of Anaheim Bulky Trash Pickup

3 bulky collections year around are provided to all residents. Only 20 items per collection are allowed.

Keep in mind that you can put construction debris or building material in your bulk pile.

Accepted Items: Washers, dryers, stoves, BBQ grills, lawnmowers, furniture, beds, sofas, broken chairs, wood, taped mirror or glass, and fish tanks.

Unaccepted Items: Any type of construction debris, paint, motor oil, and tires are not accepted.

4. How To Get Rid Of Excessive Bulk Trash That’s Over The City’s Accepted Limit?

If you have got excessive trash that is way over the accepted limit, worry not. Because, still, there is an option left for you. You can hire private junk haulers that will collect all of your large items.

Keep in mind that these private haulers will charge a fee depending on the number of your large items. The best thing is that they will also collect tires, soil, and construction debris along the broken furniture.
